Which businesses do we provide dent repair for?
Franchised and used-car dealers, traders, leasing and rental companies, and businesses with their own fleet in North Madrid. We currently work regularly with 9 businesses along the A-1 corridor.
The most common case is the used car that comes in with small dents from everyday use and has to go on sale looking perfect. Without paint the car keeps its original microns, something buyers increasingly check with a gauge. The second case is company fleets, with many cars collecting car-park dings.

What does an on-site PDR service look like?
We check the cars under the lamp, send you a damage list with a quote, repair the approved cars and deliver a report per vehicle.
- Inspection. We run the lamp over every car and mark the dents that can be repaired without paint.
- Quote. We send a list by registration with photos and a price per car or per batch.
- Repair. We repair the approved cars on your forecourt or at our Alcobendas workshop.
- Report. Before and after photos, repaired panels and notes.
- Invoice. Monthly, itemised per vehicle.
We use the same paintless dent repair technique as for private customers and travel with our mobile dent repair kit.
External PDR technician vs. in-house body shop: which suits a dealership?
Quick answer: for dents without broken paint, an external PDR technician is faster and cheaper than sending the car through body and paint, and the car keeps its original microns.

What do we do if a hailstorm hits your forecourt?
We count car by car, give you the report for the insurer and plan the repair by delivery priority.
A hailstorm on a forecourt with fifty cars is a logistics problem as much as a bodywork one. We help you prioritise: first sold cars awaiting delivery, then showroom cars, then the rest. For the insurer we prepare the same dent map described in hail insurance claims and assessment.

Do you work on our premises?
Yes. We bring the lamp, tools and power supply; all we need is a covered space and a power socket. If you prefer, we collect the cars and repair them at the workshop.
Do you invoice per car or per batch?
Whichever you prefer. For recurring work we agree a batch quote or a rate per type of dent, with a monthly invoice itemised by registration.
Do you provide a report per vehicle?
Yes: before and after photos under the lamp, repaired panels and notes, ordered by registration or VIN.
How much notice do you need?
For scheduled visits, a week. For urgent jobs, such as a car being delivered tomorrow, we try to come the same day.
Do you repair hail damage across a whole forecourt?
Yes. After a hailstorm we count car by car, give you a report per vehicle and plan the repair by delivery priority.

Can you send us a photo of the dent?
We reply with a fixed quote within two working hours, with no obligation.
Take 2 or 3 photos in daylight: one from a distance showing the whole panel and one at an angle where you can see the reflection bend. That is enough for us to tell you whether it can be repaired without paint, how long it takes and what it costs.
