Do you come to the workshop or do we go to Sanse?
If the car can be driven, coming to the workshop is usually quickest: you are here in a few minutes and can wait while we remove the dent.
The workshop is at C. Valgrande 10, Alcobendas, and from almost anywhere in San Sebastián de los Reyes you do not need the motorway to get there: the two towns have grown into each other and you cross from one to the other without noticing. A normal door ding takes 45 to 90 minutes, plenty of time for a coffee.
If you would rather stay put, we come to you. In the newer northern neighbourhoods such as Tempranales or Dehesa Vieja there are many blocks with a shared underground garage, a good place to work with the residents' permission. More on our mobile dent repair page.

The Sanse car parks that leave the most dents
Plaza Norte 2 and the IKEA area next to the A-1, and the car park of Infanta Sofía Hospital, account for many of the door and trolley dents local drivers show us.
They are large car parks with angled bays and constant turnover: someone opens a door without looking, a shopping trolley rolls off on a slope or in the wind, and the mark ends up on a door or rear wing. These are exactly the dents that come out best without paint, because the paint is rarely broken. We go into more detail under door dings and parking dents.
Before contacting us, look at the dent with the sun at a low angle: if the paint is not cracked or chipped, it will most likely come out without a body shop.
Cars that sleep on the street in the centre
The historic centre has fewer garages and more street parking, so for those cars we usually suggest the workshop.
To work at your address we need shade and a power socket, and a narrow street in the centre does not always offer them. If the car is parked there, the simplest option is to bring it over. Bear in mind late August: during the town festival and its bull runs the streets on the route are fenced off and access through the centre changes, so it is best to book outside those days.
