What data we process and why

We process the data you give us when requesting a quote (name, phone, vehicle details, photos and message) solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, carry out and invoice the repair.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you contact us and, where applicable, on the performance of the repair contract and compliance with legal obligations such as tax rules.

Form and WhatsApp

If you send the form on this website, the details you enter (name, phone, vehicle, area, type of damage, message and, if you attach them, photos) reach the owner through their contact management system, in private storage, and are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. If you choose “Send via WhatsApp”, the message opens on your device and you decide whether to send it; from then on WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.

Retention

We keep data from enquiries that do not lead to a repair for up to 12 months, and customer data for the periods required by tax law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or, for insured hail repairs, with your insurer and its loss adjuster at your request. Form requests are stored in the contact management system used by the owner, which acts as data processor.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rgpd@varillerocoche.es. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
